On the morning of March 25, Duc Thanh Wood Company (Stock Code: GDT) held the "Annual General Meeting of Shareholders" meeting at Majestic Saigon Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. 
The General Meeting presented and approved the business results in 2022 by the General Meeting of Shareholders: Total revenue of the company: 399.8 billion VND, reaching 80% of the plan, up 18% compared to 2021. Profit before tax: 69 ,3 billion dong, reaching 74% of the plan, up 14% compared to 2021. 

It is expected that in 2023 the company will expand its business, making furniture, contributing to the company's revenue to reach VND 520 billion, up 30% compared to the same period last year.
In 2023, the General Meeting of Shareholders also unanimously approved the dividend rate of 30%/par value of common shares in cash or both in cash and shares.
